Greg Terry –

Senior Account Manager

Greg Terry has been involved in education technology sales for over 18 years, 7 of which were centered around PowerSchool account acquisitions.  In 2007 Greg was brought to Pearson to lead national PowerSchool sales efforts in the Catholic market space with a specific emphasis on winning Diocesan level opportunities.  In this capacity Greg was able to successfully position PowerSchool as the most widely used SIS platform in Dioceses across the country with notable wins in the Diocese of Oakland, Archdiocese of Detroit, Archdiocese of Seattle, and Archdiocese of Milwaukee among many others.  Perhaps the most notably win for Greg was a four-year contract with the Archdiocese of Chicago, the largest Catholic school system in the country.  Along the way, Greg partnered with CLG to bring high-touch services to schools and opportunities where he was certain that Pearson’s standard methods of implementation, training, and hosting would not suffice for customer success. 

After successfully leading PowerSchool efforts for 7 years, Greg was asked to oversee private and parochial (P&P) business nationwide for all Pearson products when Pearson moved to the ‘One Pearson’ organizational structure.  In this capacity Greg had coordination oversight of 10 dedicated P&P representatives.  Most recently Greg has spent time winning new business for growing LMS provider itslearning.  

Greg lives in southeastern New Hampshire with his high school sweetheart and now wife of 17 years.  They have five beautiful children and when it isn’t cold and snowing, they spend a lot of time outdoors camping, hiking and dabbling on their hobby farm.  Greg has secret fantasies of devising some way to make a fortune sport fishing everyday (bass, trout, pan fish, stripers from the kayak, etc.) but until he does so, he is perfectly content selling technology solutions to school systems around the country.
