CLG’s commitment to responding quickly and completely to issues, requests or questions are one of our company’s highest priorities.
Supplemental Support (in addition to the support you already receive from Pearson) for the PowerSchool application is offered by experienced personnel who respond quickly to phone, email or web Help Desk requests. CLG’s web-based Help Desk allows you to track existing requests from the beginning through resolution for each open support ticket and assures that your question or issue cannot get lost. Please note that CLG’s Help Desk are in addition to the Maintenance & Support you already receive from PowerSchool and there is an additional per student charge for this supplemental level of support from CLG.
Being able to get answers to your PowerSchool questions when you need them is critical and that is why CLG Education Solutions offers a trained team of PowerSchool Specialists to support and respond to questions and issues that might arise.

Dedicated support available Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5pm EST
